No, you’re not reading it wrong. I re-started for Kat, because her surgery took her out of the game for a while.

It was 12 minutes of cardio and then stretches. I really enjoyed measuring how much my cardio has improved in two weeks. I’m getting lower and lower heart rates for the same amount of effort, which is a good thing.
