A Fractional CMO is a Great Opportunity
The concept is simple. You hire me for 10 hours a week to jump in and work on strategy, outreach, customer experience design, branding, and overall message and communications skills. I help with all that, some copywriting, and also help with making strategic decisions for the organization along the way.
Because you’re only paying for a fraction of my time, this is affordable. 10 hours a week (40 a month) at my contracting rate is a price point you can manage instead of having to hire a full time salaried Chief Marketing Officer with full benefits and the like. Plus, I work in three month commitment blocks so if you want this to be a very temporary relationship, you can bring me in and transition me out when the time is right for your team.

I’ve worked in most verticals in some capacity or another, including health care, manufacturing, tech, consumer products, real estate, and beyond.
I have worked on any number of projects from reworking copy and general design flow for websites, rebuilding email marketing campaigns from the ground up copy-wise and sequence-wise, brand clarity sessions, customer experience mapping, and much more.
Each engagement is unique and your needs aren’t like anyone else’s (except that everyone needs customers). We work together to clarify what will work best in the fastest amount of time to set you on the path to success.
One quick detail: I act as a CMO or backup to your CMO. I’m not an outsourced marketing agency in any sense of the word. If you need a full agency, that’s an entirely different product, and this work assumes that I’ll have someone to help with execution within the organization.
I work with a wide variety of organizations. The minimum revenue your company should be taking in to be considered for this particular offering is $300K a year. Most of my clients for CMO work lately have been within the $2 Mil – $10 Mil revenue range, but I’ve also worked with the very big guys in various capacities. If you’re uncertain, don’t just skip it.
