Since 1998, I’ve created digital content to serve a variety of business objectives. I ran one of the world’s most successful marketing blogs back in the day (still running on this website), launched my first podcast in 2005, my first video presence in 2005, and was user 10,212 on Twitter. Be it a writing project, or video or audio, I have experience creating useful business content for companies in the B2B and B2C arenas.
What a Content Partnership Looks Like
Writing Projects – Get engaging articles with actual substance and value and not “puppy mill” writing. I’ve written for several companies like American Express, Bank of America, Success Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, and many more. Paid writing projects are posts for your blog or newsletter and cost roughly $1/word. An average post runs about 500-800 words, unless you request something larger (up to 2500 words).
Podcast Projects – I’ve launched and run over a dozen podcasts and have a lot to offer in this regard. People tend to think only of mainstream entertainment podcasts but they miss several great internal opportunities like audio as a training product, targeted sales promotion content, and so on. I’m available to work in one of two capacities: coach you to deliver your own podcast (this means referring you to coaching), or hosting a podcast on your behalf where I’m the talent and producer, and I hand you a produced podcast per week. Prices vary, so contact me ([email protected])
Video Projects – I currently run the Backpack Show with Kerry O’Shea Gorgone, which is a business video show that airs live every weekday. I’ve also launched Scratch Pad (another business show), the Modern Business Show with Rob Hatch, and I’m about to launch a game show based on the popular tabletop game, Loaded Questions. I focus a lot more on live video production because it’s an easier medium for most companies to implement, and because there’s virtually no editing: the show that airs is the recording you receive. I’m open to helping you launch a show, or running a show for you. Email me: [email protected]
What a Content Partnership With Me Isn’t
I don’t offer services specific to the general mechanics of running any of these content platforms. While I do all my own writing, recording, editing, and posting, I don’t offer engineering and production services separate from a complete content package.
Above all, I choose partners for these projects who seek to use their digital presence to sell in a relationship-minded way to the people they have the pleasure of serving. I only work with folks whose products and services I love and endorse.
