I wrote a pretty lengthy post on project management at Lifehack.org . Let me know what you think.

Those cool cats at FeedBurner have announced a way to get posts from sites like this via your email address of choice. Want to try it out?
For those of you who use My Yahoo! and the like, please join up via the button over on the right of the page.
Why Do I ALWAYS Ask You to Subscribe to My Feed?
There are two things at play here. One, going to websites directly is in-effecient. It takes you more time to surf around to all the various sites you like to visit than it does to go to one site where you can just load in feeds and get your own internet-flavored “newspaper” out of the things you like. (If you ever want help setting up an RSS service, I’ll gladly work with you).
Second, it lets me know how many people are reading stuff on my site, what they’re reading, what browsers and services are more popular than others. It’s really a lot of neat information, and I love watching it grow. The more folks who subscribe, the more I feel really motivated to give my best efforts here on this site.
So, if you’re not yet on the feed, please subscribe to my feed. And you know what? I’ve got a plan. I promise to limit these “pledge drives” to a few days every month (how about 2), and that’s it. In fact, let’s make it something like “Feed Tuesdays.” I’ll bug you twice a month on Tuesdays to sign up to my RSS feed, and if you’re already up on it, great! You’re helping me better understand who’s here.
If you’re not on the feed, sign up or this guy here will weep:
Finally, thanks! You guys really motivate me to do my best. I’ve got lots of new stuff on the horizon for you, too. It promises to be a busy summer for content creation. Blame the Podcast Academy.
